Nah they have a really bad tutorial. Its a Member Tutorial made by a member in their forums. But the one i found is amazing

I can now make decent Sigs!
Here's one I just whipped up.

If you like what you see, just ask me to make a Sig for you. NOTE: You MUST provide an image or a link to an image. I'm only an expert in Pkmn, so I wouldn't know Naruto from DBZ...And the only backgrounds I can make are vines and peppers...(I used the Peppers for Celebi, believe it or not) Once someone tells me how to set different brushes, I'll be able to do different stuff, like Onions! Jk, I could do anything you want if I knew how...
EDIT: Aha! I figured out how to sorta do backgrounds. Here's one I did when I couldn't find any sugimori art of Palkia. I reverted back to suicune.

I made mine small like you asked, but I think it looks better big like Flare's does. I don't know why you wanted such a small ad, maybe you weren't sure of the dimensions, but here mine is. NOW CHOOSE!!! Lol.

OMFG!!!! FLARE AND I JUST HAD THE BESTEST IDEA EVA!!!! You could use Flare's thingy as the banner instead of the volcano!!! I mean, every important Pokemon Forum has POKEMON in its banner. (duh)

Lately I've been fantasizing about the next season's Pokemon, and I've come up with three starters and their evolved forms. Here's the Basic and 1st Stage of the Water Starter. (The first stage is Water/Flying.)

Ok, first off, I don't like the way you talk about my work. Constructive critisism is ok, but "wtf"? And I know its too big. Pokemon Sprites are supposed to be 80x80. These are the conceptional artworks.
